CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

I wish to enroll my daughter(s) in Camp Shira and I agree to abide by all camp rules and regulations as well as the below conditions.

Please Note: Applying does not guarantee acceptance to camp. Acceptances will be confirmed through an acceptance email.

  • This application must be accompanied by a $500 registration fee.
  • The non-refundable tuition balance for camp must be paid in full no later than May 1st, 2021 to ensure your daughter's placement.
  • No refunds will be given for missed days/weeks from camp including unforeseen circumstances.
  • A completed medical form must be submitted by May 1st.
  • Parents will be responsible for any and all medical bills incurred during camp.
  • The camp will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind in camp over the summer.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT / TRIP AUTHORIZATION / HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:

I have read the Conditions of Enrollment including the fees and payments. I agree to abide by these policies. I hereby authorize Camp Shira to take my child off camp grounds to go on trips organized as part of the camping program. This may include swimming and/or boating sites. I authorize my daughter(s) to use the water slides and inflatables in Camp Shira's on-campus Water Park. In addition, my child may participate in any on or off ground activity organized by camp and I assume the inherent risk of camp activities and programs. I will hold Camp Shira harmless in the event of injury or property damage or loss as a result of such activities. I also agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the camp application, in the Camper Handbook and by camp administration.
